This promotion applies for subscriptions leading up to the 200th Search News You Can Use Newsletter episode, scheduled for publication on September 9th, 2021. 

To qualify for the 1 hour-free-consultation giveaway, participants must be subscribed to our newsletter, but any paid subscribers will be given additional entries. The winning participant will be notified the following week of the closing date and shall be notified in newsletter and by email. 

The giveaway is for a 1 hour phone consultation with one of MHC’s Senior SEO Analysts. We shall invite the winning participant to submit the subjects they wish to discuss via email prior to the phone consultation and can advise on what is best to discuss given the limited scope of a one-hour call. 

The Legal Stuff

At any time during or subsequent to the competition period, Marie Haynes Consulting Inc. (herein, MHC) agrees to keep in strictest confidence and trust all of the client’s confidential information to which MHC has access. 

The competition winner agrees not to attack/criticize MHC publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks etc.) at any time during or subsequent to competition period. 

MHC cannot guarantee an improvement in rankings. While all efforts will be made to adhere to Google’s guidelines, protection against Google’s changing algorithms cannot be guaranteed. 

The competition prize is limited to a one hour phone consultation which must be used within 3 months of the competition end date. There is no additional consulting included following the call. The 1 hour of phone consultation is non-transferable to other parties or services.
